Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of digital in-game goods through a KantoPay storefront. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who you're buying from
The storefront you're buying from is operated by KantoPay, and KantoPay is the seller and merchant of record for your purchase. The store features goods produced by a game-server creator, but your purchase contract is with KantoPay — we collect the payment, handle the tax, and are responsible for delivery and support.
2. What you're buying
You're buying digital in-game goods (such as ranks, kits, cosmetics, in-game currency or prepaid gift cards) and a licence to use them on the game server shown at checkout. They're delivered to the in-game account/identifier you provide. You're responsible for entering the correct in-game name or details — we deliver to what you give us.
3. Price and tax
The price shown at checkout is the total you pay, in Philippine pesos. KantoPay is currently a non-VAT-registered business (we are below the VAT-registration threshold), so no 12% VAT is added to your purchase — the price is final. If our status changes, any applicable tax will be shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by our BSP-licensed payment partner; KantoPay does not store your full card number.
4. Delivery
Unless the item's listing says otherwise, delivery is digital and automatic: the moment your payment clears, KantoPay runs the in-game reward and it reaches your account in seconds. Some items can't be delivered that way. Their listing says how and by when you get them, and we deliver them as the listing says. Delivery depends on the game server being online and the details you entered being correct.
5. Refunds and making it right
Because the goods are digital and delivered instantly, a correctly-delivered, as-described item isn't refundable for a simple change of mind — Philippine law gives no cooling-off period for digital goods. This does not limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Act (RA 7394) and the Internet Transactions Act (RA 11967). Because KantoPay buys and resells these goods, we are the seller — so the refund obligation is ours, not the store's. Tell us within 60 days of purchase (or of delivery, for an item its listing says is delivered later) and we will re-deliver, replace, credit, or refund where: you were charged but the item was not delivered; you were charged more than once or the wrong amount; or the item doesn't work or isn't as described. If we can't make it right in reasonable time, you may choose a full refund. If the server shuts down, or changes hands and the new owner doesn't keep what you bought, before a timed item's paid time runs out or before you've spent a gift card's balance, we refund the unused part. If the server's store leaves KantoPay and you then lose what you bought, we refund it (for a timed item or a gift card, the unused part). Loss from a reset or season wipe the listing told you about, or a ban for breaking the server's rules, isn't eligible. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Chargebacks and fraud
If an item was delivered as described, please contact us before filing a chargeback — chargebacks on delivered digital goods may be disputed. We may refuse or reverse orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
7. Your responsibilities and authorised payments
You must provide accurate purchase and in-game details, and not use the store for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose.
Minors and payment authority. If you are under 18, you may use this Platform and make purchases only with the active involvement and explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. By entering payment details at checkout, you represent and warrant that you are the authorised cardholder, or have the explicit, verifiable permission of the account holder, to make the purchase.
A parent or legal guardian who did not consent to a purchase made by someone under 18 may ask us to cancel it at support@kantopay.com. We then refund what was paid and remove the item; for a gift card, we refund its unused balance. Please ask us before filing a chargeback. If a payment is charged back instead, KantoPay may dispute the chargeback with the issuing bank using server delivery logs, permanently ban the associated in-game account across all KantoPay storefronts, and blacklist the payment method. Nothing in this section limits any right the law gives you.
8. Support
For help with an order, the store's own page is usually the fastest route. For delivery or charging errors you can also email support@kantopay.com with your order details and proof of payment. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them — by re-delivery, replacement, or an approved refund — within 7 calendar days (approved cash refunds may then take 5–15 business days to reach your account). If you aren't satisfied with how we handled your complaint, you can also take it to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under Philippine consumer law. Otherwise, apart from the refunds in section 5 and to the extent permitted by law, KantoPay's liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses arising from the game or events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Privacy & governing law
We handle your personal data under our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You may bring a claim before any court that Philippine law allows, or take a complaint to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
