Estimate only. Rates are VAT-inclusive — PayMongo publishes them ex-VAT and bills us with it, so we quote what you actually pay. KantoPay resells your item as merchant of record and is non-VAT-registered (below the ₱3M threshold), so no VAT reaches your buyer. A foreign-issued card costs 1% more than a Philippine one, and that is the rate you are billed. Refunds and chargebacks are recovered from your balance; see the Creator Agreement.
